Harvest Report Export

You can export your Harvest Report as a spreadsheet for further editing and/or for printing.  This export compiles several planting attributes related to harvests and provides you with a whole-farm view of your harvest plans and records.  Exporting your Harvest Report can be extremely valuable because this farm data can help you make informed decisions about your seasonal budget and crop plan based on your estimated yields or year yield records of specific plantings and crops.  Exporting your Crop Plan is a simple process. 

Step 1.
The first step is setting your season filter for the season or period of time that you would like to export your Projected Harvests for.  To set your season filter just click on the season filter and choose one of your pre-determined seasonal time spans:

Step 2. 
To pull up your Seed Order Export in the Crops tool just scroll your cursor over the Import/Export button on your tool bar and choose select Export Harvest Report from the Dropdown Menu:



Step 3.
Download and open the Exported CSV Document.  See sample below:



The Harvest Report export file includes the follow columns of data:
  1. Sowing Date
  2. Crop
  3. Variety
  4. Harvest Location - this is the final location of the planting. For in-ground plantings it is the sowing location, and for container and container then in-ground plantings it is the final transplant location. For in-ground locations this should include Field or Growing Enclosure name and beds, and for container locations this should include Growing Enclosure name and benches.
  5. First Harvest Date
  6. Final Harvest Date
  7. Expected Yield
  8. Harvest Unit - this is the Unit of Measurement of both expected yield and total expected harvest
  9. Expected Total harvest
  10. Harvest Unit
  11. Actual Harvest to Date
  12. Unit
