Do you have questions about how to make the most of your account and want to talk with an AgSquared Expert? As an AgSquared Plus subscriber, two hours of live, one-on-one user support are included in your subscription each year.
Live Support sessions give you an opportunity to get input from an AgSquared Expert about how to make the most of your AgSquared account, whether you are just getting started with AgSquared or are already a seasoned user. In addition to being highly experienced with AgSquared, some of our Experts are farmers themselves and can guide you in integrating AgSquared into your farming workflow.
Live Support sessions are scheduled in advance and can be arranged to take place over the computer using video conference software or on the phone, whichever is more convenient for you. During the session you are welcome to ask any questions you have about your account, and if done over the computer you will have the ability to share your screen so that your AgSquared Expert can provide feedback on how you’ve setup your account and can demonstrate any new features that you'd like to learn to how to use.
