AgSquared Support Center

If you have a question about how to use one of AgSquared's tools or where to find a certain software feature, the fastest way to search for an answer is to visit the AgSquared Support Center. The support center is continually updated with help articles and videos as new features are released. By entering in your question or keyword in the search bar at the top of the page, the system will quickly auto-generate a list of all potentially relevant articles.



If you cannot find your answer in the Support Center, please reach out to us by sending an email.  The AgSquared User Support Team is available Monday through Friday, and will do its best to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours (but usually will get back to you a lot sooner). We encourage you to clearly explain and provide as much information as possible about the question or issue you are having - the clearer the inquiry, the easier it is for the AgSquared User Support Team to craft a helpful response! Thank you!

       Live Support

AgSquared offers all AgSquared Plus subscribers two hours of live, one-on-one user support each year.  If you're a Plus subscriber and would like to set up a live support session, just send us an email at and we'll follow up shortly to schedule a time.  You can learn more about our live support by clicking here.  If you are not an AgSquared Plus subscriber but would like a live support session, please send us an email to discuss pricing.
