Season Filter

Last Updated: Sep 10, 2013 08:15PM EDT
The Season filter enables you to organize, manage, and archive your plantings by season or date.  With the Season filter you can organize your crops list so that you only have to see the crops that you are currently working on, and quickly view what you planted during previous seasons or years.

Creating and Adding Seasons
The season filter is found in the Crops tool above your crops list:

To create a Season click on the down arrow  and choose Create New Season:
You must enter in a title and start and end date for your season.  How you organize your seasons are up to you.  For example, you could organize your seasons by traditional calendar seasons (i.e. Spring 2013, Overwinter 2012-2013, Fall 2012, etc) or by Calendar year (i.e. 2012, 2013).  You can also add a description (optional).  When you are done, click :

Filtering Your Crops by Season
Once you have created seasons, they will be saved and can be pulled up by clicking on the Season Filter button.

Once you have chosen a season, only the plantings within that season’s date range will appear on your Crops list

Note:  If the dates of a planting spans two designated seasons, the planting will appear in the crop list of both seasons.
